Learn MoreTemple always played sports growing up and was always fascinated with the way properly fueling her body impacted performance on the field. Throughout college she developed a very unhealthy relationship with food and began using food rules or diets as punishment or for comfort. This behavior propelled her into learning about food and how it impacts our bodies, ultimately making her choose to become a RD.
