Let the island breeze waft in aromatic coconut rice, banana, and cilantro, in this savory Caribbean meal. Easy to prepare, just add boiling water or microwave make this a great grab and go meal.

HOW TO PREPARE: Tear back lid at least half way. Add 1 cup boiling water to fill line, stir, let stand 8-10 minutes. Stir to blend. Standing time will determine consistency. OR:

MICROWAVE: Add water to fill line, stir, microwave for 2 minutes on high. Cover and let stand for 7 minutes, stir to blend. Mmm...spoons up!
