A blend of aromatic hibiscus flowers and sea salt, this deep red, slightly floral salt is amazingly versatile. Dutch sprinkles it on fruits and vegetables, such as pears, tomatoes, and asparagus. He also likes it as a finishing salt to salmon and other fish. Finally, it’s gorgeous on the rim of a cocktail glass, but you’ll never get Dutch to fess up to using the word “gorgeous.”
