Not so sure if it really works. Use high carb food and still had a glucose jump over 30 mg/dl
When used with lower carb food it seems to do something but still lower carb food don’t give me an increases in glucose over 30 mg/dl
To lower the Glucose from a rich carb meal is the most important for you to loss weight, increase your energy, lower your cholesterol.
