    INGESTION

    Mix one serving of Monch Monch® into half a cup of water or your preferred beverage, or food! Quickly ingest the solution/mixture immediately after a meal that is high in carbs and sugar.

    ABSORPTION

    Once in the stomach, Monch Monch's® microscopic sponges will expand and swell up to 70 times their original size. They will then specifically target and absorb sugars and simple carbs from your meal, surrounding these compounds in a 3D fiber encasing.

    RETENTION

    How/When to Use

    What a Test Day Looks Like

    You'll test Monch Monch Fiber with the given controlled food to see if it can reduce the glucose spike

    Before starting

    Do you baseline test

    Complete the sugar and carb sensitivity test. Your results will serve as a baseline to measure how fiber impacts your glucose response.

    The night before

    Fast 8 hours (water only)

    Only water for 8+ hours before testing. Your FreeStyle Libre must be active for 24+ hours and synced to the Tastermonial app.

    Before testing

    Check your fasting glucose level

    Before testing, ensure your CGM reads within the ideal fasting range:

    • 70–110 mg/dL (general)

    • 70–130 mg/dL (if managing diabetes)

    If your reading is above range, wait 15 minutes and recheck.

    During the test

    Log your test
