What a Test Day Looks Like

You’ll Do It Twice (Day 1 and Day 2)

Your Morning

Fast 8+ hours (water only)

Only water for 8+ hours before testing. Your FreeStyle Libre must be active for 24+ hours and synced to the Tastermonial app.

Before testing

Check your glucose levels

Before testing, ensure your CGM reads within the ideal fasting range:

  • 70–110 mg/dL (general)

  • 70–130 mg/dL (if managing diabetes)

If your reading is above range, wait 15 minutes and recheck.

During the test

Log your test

Replace your breakfast with SURU Balance Shake. Follow the in-app instruction, then Log the in-app experiment.

After the test

2-hour satiety observation

After consuming the test products, do not eat or drink anything except water for the next 2 hours. This period helps us accurately measure how full you feel and how your body responds. At the 2-hour mark, you’ll be prompted to log your satiety level in the Tastermonial app.
