love the idea behind this kit and the Tastermonial platform — tracking how foods affect my glucose in real time is super empowering. Unfortunately, The Good Chocolate still caused a bit of a spike for me. Everyone’s body is different though! I still enjoyed the experiment and appreciate the ability to learn what works best for me.
