Log Satiety after 2 hours

For the next two hours

  • No eating
  • Avoid consuming any sweetened beverages, including tea, coffee, soda, alcohol, or juice.
  • No strenuous exercise
  • Coffee/tea without sugar or milk are OK
  • Drinking water is OK
  • Walking is OK


After 2 hours, remember to log your satiety in the Tastermonial app
