Overview of the challenge
Here's a brief overview of what to expect over the next few days:

Before Starting:
Apply your CGM and wait 24 hours for calibration (skip this if you're already wearing a CGM). Follow this setup guide if you have not yet set up your CGM and synced to TASTERMONIAL APP.
Day 1: Establish Your Baseline
Consume the 50g glucose powder first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours after your last meal or snack. Follow the instruction on the back of the sachet.
Day 2: Test Your Carb Sensitivity
Measure your body's response to carbs by consuming 3 Rice Crispy Treats, on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours after your last meal or snack.
Get a Report: After completing the glucose experiments, you will get a personalized report with insights into your metabolic health.
