Overview of the challenge

Here's a brief overview of what to expect over the next few days:



Before Starting:

Apply your CGM and wait 24 hours for calibration (skip this if you're already wearing a CGM).


Day 1: Establish Your Baseline

Consume 3 SOS glucose sachets first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours after your last meal or snack.


Day 2: Test Your Carb Sensitivity

Measure your body's response to carbs by consuming 3 Rice Crispy Treats, on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours after your last meal or snack.


GlucoTrojan Comparison experiment:

Day 3: Choose a starchy meal to test (ideally more than 40g of net carb)


Day 4: Consume the same meal and the same portion as the previous day, but this time with the GlucoTrojan Mulberry Leaf extract before the meal.
