Day 2 Instruction

  1. Begin the day with 3 Rice Krispies Treats (Chocolate or Original flavor) after water fasting for 8+ hours
  2. Make sure your baseline fasting glucose level is in range right before testing (70-100 mg/dL) *For people with diabetes, your CGM glucose readings can be between 70 and 130 mg/dL before testing products.
  3. Please consume within 10 minutes


After 2 hours, log your satiety
