For the next 2 hours:

No eating
Avoid consuming any sweetened beverages, including tea, coffee, soda, alcohol, or juice.
No strenuous exercise
Coffee or tea without sugar or milk is OK
Drinking water is OK
Walking is OK

After 2 hours, log your satiety in the Tastermonial app
