Here’s What to Expect Tomorrow:
Tomorrow, you’ll check your blood sugar response to 3 Rice Krispies (clean, allergen-free, no artificial dyes or additives). This helps create a baseline for your glucose response—your starting point for the experiment.
This will establish your baseline glucose response in a controlled setting, providing a key reference point for the experiment.
Instructions:
- Take the test in the morning (at least 8 hours after your last meal/snack)
- Don’t forget to log the Rice Krispies in the Tastermonial app by scanning the barcode

📝 Day 2 Test Prep Checklist:
✅ Fast for 8 hours (water only!)
✅ Skip intense exercise for 2 hours before
✅ Scan your CGM to ensure glucose is in the resting range (70-100 mg/dL)
