Last time, you measured your body's response to the reference product (Rice Crispy Treats) alone.

Now, you'll test the effect of Glucose Biotect by taking it before eating the same reference product. This will help you see how Glucose Biotect impacts your blood sugar response. Does it reduce your blood sugar spike?

Make sure your glucose is in range before testing (70-100 mg/dL)
