How to Log Food

Open the Tastermonial app to log the foods you eat. The app will display a graph showing your blood glucose response to each food.


You can create up to two food logs and pair them as one experiment. For example, you can compare how your body reacts to eating a high-carb food like a muffin versus a high-protein shake followed by a muffin.


When you log your food and choose the pairing option, the app will suggest the previous food or drink log recorded within the last 2 hours for easy comparison.
