Download the two apps you'll need

1. Libre 3 app (or older version):

• This is the app you'll need to scan your CGM sensor (likely already installed if you're using the Libre CGM)

1. Tastermonial: Download this app to log your food and conduct experiments

• Accurately log food and meals (the experiments)
• Sync your CGM glucose data with the Libre App
• Log your fullness after your meals
• Display your glucose responses (experiment result)
