Day 5 & 6 (optional): Comparison experiment

Test the same meal at the same time on two different days. On the first day, consume only the meal. On the second day, consume 2 Glucose Biotect capsules before the meal.

This supplement may help slow carb absorption and reduce blood sugar spikes. Comparing both days lets you see how Glucose Biotect works for your unique body!

You will test how your body responds to the heavy-carb meal of your choice when adding Glucose Biotect before.

Make sure your glucose is in range before testing (70-100 mg/dL)
